Pretty in Pink: A Thank You to Our Community
When I first started Delaware Female Creatives, all I wanted to do was help small businesses.
I wanted to create a space where women could connect, be seen, and support one another. I never imagined it would grow into what it is today — a community, a movement, and events like Pretty in Pink that bring it all to life.
Pretty in Pink started years ago as an idea rooted in connection. And each year, it continues to evolve — just like all of us.
As the years have gone by, I’ve grown, my vision has grown, and this event has grown with me. What once felt like a small gathering has become something so much more meaningful.
And the truth is — I couldn’t do it alone.
I am so incredibly grateful for our co-host Ivy of The Ivory Studio and Events, whose space and support helped bring this event to life, and especially for Ashlee of Poppy & Prim Events @poppyandprim.events, who has supported event planning over the last few years. Their creativity, organization, and heart have helped shape Pretty in Pink into the experience it is today.
