A celebration of community, connection, and women-owned businesses.

Pretty in Pink began as a way to bring women-owned businesses together through shopping, networking, and meaningful community support. Over the years, it has grown into one of Delaware Female Creatives’ signature events, creating space for local entrepreneurs to be seen, supported, and celebrated.

What started as a shoppable networking event has become a community tradition built on collaboration, visibility, and women helping women grow.

  • Our first Pretty in Pink event launched in September 2022 with the support of Honey Salon and Petit Social Studio. This first event brought together women-owned businesses, community members, and creatives for a shoppable networking experience rooted in collaboration.

    From donated decor and services to photography, videography, and behind-the-scenes support, the first Pretty in Pink was truly community-driven from start to finish.

  • Pretty in Pink returned in 2024 with a Galentine’s theme, encouraging guests to bring a friend and enjoy a day of shopping, connection, and support for women-owned businesses.

    With Wildchild Floral Bar as co-host, the event continued to grow while staying true to its mission: creating meaningful spaces where women in business can connect, collaborate, and feel celebrated.

  • The Pretty in Pink Holiday Market brought festive shopping, networking, and community together at Links at St. Anne’s. Hosted by Delaware Female Creatives, Poppy & Prim Events, and Links at St. Anne’s Club, the event featured women-owned businesses, handmade goods, seasonal gifts, treats, sponsors, donors, and community partners.

    It was more than a holiday market. It was another reminder of what happens when women-owned businesses are given space to shine.

  • In 2025, Pretty in Pink: In Bloom became our first-ever Spring Market and Networking Event. Hosted at St. Anne’s Club in Middletown, Delaware, the event welcomed over 165 guests and featured 40+ women-owned businesses.

    Guests enjoyed shopping, networking, raffles, and connecting with local entrepreneurs. With raffle prizes donated by over 30 small businesses and the support of sponsors, vendors, donors, and community partners, Pretty in Pink continued to grow into a true celebration of dreams, hard work, and community spirit.

  • Pretty in Pink continued with the 2025 Annual Holiday Market at Links at St. Anne’s. This festive event was designed to bring the community together for shopping, networking, seasonal sips, curated gift bags, and the chance to support talented women-owned businesses across the region.

    Each event continues to build on the heart of Pretty in Pink: community, connection, and celebrating the women building businesses across Delaware.

  • In April 2026, Pretty in Pink returned for another Spring Shopping and Networking Event at The Ivory Studio and Events in Dover, Delaware.

    Hosted by Delaware Female Creatives, with event planning by Poppy & Prim Events and co-hosted by Ivy, owner of The Ivory Studio and Events, this event continued to build on the heart of Pretty in Pink: creativity, connection, and supporting women-owned businesses.

    Inspired by florals, artistry, and the beauty of women entrepreneurs bringing their ideas to life, the 2026 Spring Market created space for guests to shop local, network, connect with business owners, and celebrate the women building brands across Delaware.

    This event was another reminder that Pretty in Pink is more than a market. It is a community experience designed to help women-owned businesses be seen, supported, and celebrated.

  • Over the years, Pretty in Pink has helped create opportunities for women-owned businesses to gain visibility, meet new customers, build relationships, and connect with other entrepreneurs.

    Pretty in Pink is more than a market. It is a space where women in business are celebrated, local brands are supported, and community comes to life.

  • After years of shopping, networking, collaboration, and community-building, Pretty in Pink continues to grow as one of Delaware Female Creatives’ signature experiences.

    Pretty in Pink will return in 2028, and we cannot wait to bring our vendors, sponsors, attendees, and community partners together again for another celebration of connection, support, and women-owned businesses.
